Genre – Kpop (Korean pop, which contains the normal sounds of pop with a mix of rap and r&b)

Location – Abandoned building to be used for dancing scenes, Hardwick park (autumn), dark room with 1 singular hanging, swinging light for some close ups.

Equipment needed – video camera, tripod, lighting, still camera, a board with wheels

Time needed – 6 weeks

Time length of video – 3:10 minutes

Costume – the use of different makeup and clothing to show the different members singing and the clothing itself will be a mix of formal (suits) and casual clothing( such as jumpers and shorts) which is common in the kpop genre.

Overall effect – the message of this song is the passage of time and denial. The music video will be a performance with a dance routine, with close ups and lip-syncing. Will also include shots of clocks and the change in seasons (leaves changing colours) to represent the passing of time. To move the camera, it will be placed on a board with wheels so it will get clean sweeping shots from low and high angles.

Audience – Teens and young adults (12+), fans of kpop and the group. I will be aiming for the type of person who has an interest in Kpop or Asian pop (like Jpop) and similar things, like anime, manga, k-dramas etc.

Roles – I will be doing a dance routine, lip-syncing and acting for the video. I will also film everything (with a bit of help from my younger brother).

Music Video Locations

In this video you can see 2 of the 3 locations I have chosen to use for my music video.

These locations are:

• An abandoned building
• Hardwick Park
• A dark room with a singular, hanging light

In the abandoned building I will be using this as an area to do a dance performance, which nearly all Kpop music videos contain.
In Hardwick Park I will be using it as a background shot for some of the mid-shots and close ups of the singers. I will also be going at different seasons to get the passing of time, which is relevant to the song chosen.
the dark room will be used only for close ups or mid-shots, for the hanging light will be made to swing, creating shadows and highlights on the singers face.
